PETITION FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF UNIT OWNERS

AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE

Pursuant to Article III, Section 2 of the Association’s Amended and Restated Bylaws and Minnesota Statutes § 515B.3-108, the undersigned unit owner joins in a written demand that a Special Meeting of Members be called.

The sole purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and vote on a membership resolution directing the Board and responsible officers, to the extent legally authorized, to place the Member-Sponsored Resolutions submitted October 31, 2026, on the agenda and voting materials for the 2027 Annual Meeting, with each matter separately presented as legally required.

Those proposals concern the Compass Management referendum; twelve proposed Bylaw amendments; related implementation and certification; four separate proposed director-removal votes; and applicable director elections. No vote on the merits of those proposals will occur through signing this petition.
